Am I the only one who felt like the learning pages were kind of all over the place? I was able to pick up a few basics, but i still ended up Googling most of the stuff myself.

I used Kapwing to make captions quick, and for that it’s decent enough. With clear audio, it does mostly fine, but when people talk fast or say names, it gets weird a bit. I still had to go through and fix a bunch myself. So yeah, not bad, just not something I’d trust fully without checking.

I tried using Trim, but it keep lagging on me the whole time. It was kind of frustrating because I just wanted things to run smoothly, but the app were slowing down more than I expected.

I tried using Kapwing in my browser, it was a rough experience. The buttons were confusing to move through. Some menus just didn’t play nicely with the keyboard. And with my screen reader on, the whole page felt really slow. I kept losing my place. Over and over. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me, the accessibility just wasn’t there. I gave up after about 30 minutes of fighting with it.

Been using Kapwing to share videos, and it’s mostly fine. Links are easy to send around, which is nice. Do wish the publishing options had a little more flexibility though, and exporting can take longer than expected sometimes. Not a bad tool, just doesn’t feel totally smooth every time

I tried using the Instagram preset and it cropped my photos all wrong. It felt like the product was put together without much care, because my posts ended up looking awkward and I had to redo everything myself. Super annoying...

I used Kapwing for a quick edit, i kept wondering if I was missing something because the pricing just didn’t really make sense to me. The free version felt limited, and then the paid plan seemed like a lot for the basic edits I needed. Maybe it’s a better deal if you’re using it all the time, I don’t know, but for me it didn’t feel like the value was there.

Working on shared projects was frustrating. Edits would randomly not sync right, and half the time it wasn’t clear who was responsible for what or whose changes were the latest. It made team editing feel way messier than it should have.

I’ve been using Kapwing for brand kits, it’s been frustrating. My logos and colors don’t always stay the way I set them, and when I switch between projects, things get messy fast. I can’t say it hasn’t wasted my time, because I’ve had to keep fixing the same stuff over and over. For a team setup, it’s not really worth the hassle.

I was hoping for better stock clips, but I kept running into the same generic-looking stuff over and over. It made the whole thing feel kind of weak. I also got a bit frustrated when support seemed to send copy-paste replies instead of actually addressing what I was asking.

I spent about an hour trying to use it, but it was really slow and kept crashing on me. After waiting around and restarting it a few times, I just felt like it wasted my time.

I was just trying to do a quick edit in Kapwing, but for some reason it really did not want to work with my files?? A few of my MOV clips came in with no audio at all, and a couple of PNGs looked messed up after importing. Sometimes it would say the file wasn't supported, and other times it just kept spinning like nothing was happening.
Maybe it’s fine if all your stuff is in the exact formats it likes, but who has time to convert everything first?? I ended up losing most of the afternoon trying to make it work, and it just felt like a waste for what should’ve been a simple edit.

The captions were just inaccurate enough that I still had to go back and fix a bunch of them, and some of the edits felt slow or a little random. I also got that feeling of being passed around a bit, like the tool was trying to handle things for me but I still had to keep stepping in and cleaning everything up myself. The basic video editing features are fine, so it’s not useless, but the AI side didn’t feel polished enough to be worth paying for. I expected the whole experience to be a lot smoother

I looked around for clearer privacy info and even tried to see what other people were saying about it, but I still couldn’t really tell what was being stored or for how long.
Maybe plenty of users are totally comfortable with it, and I’m curious if others had a better experience, but I just didn’t feel great leaving personal videos there. I ended up deleting my uploads and don’t think I’ll use it again.

I put together a simple video in kapwing, and it looked totally fine in the preview. But once I exported it, the quality dropped a lot. The text came out blurry and the whole video looked kinda pixelated. I tried exporting again with different settings, but it still wasn’t great. After spending time making it, I couldn’t really use the final result. it was frustrating.

I tried to cancel my account and it was just confusing, confusing for no reason. There were extra steps I didn’t expect, and I kept feeling like I was being sent in circles instead of just being able to close it

I ran into an issue with my export and reached out to support twice. Both times I only got those generic auto-replies and no actual help from a real person. I mean, come on now, if I’m paying for the service, I expect someone to at least get back to me. It got frustrating enough that I ended up canceling.

Using Kapwing to manage projects got frustrating for me. I remember opening it up to find an older edit and feeling that sinking feeling because everything just seemed scattered. Projects pile up fast, the folder options feel limited, and I ended up spending more time searching than actually working. It’s the kind of mess that sticks with you after a while
